Foothill Ranch One of the newest master-planned communities in South Orange County is the city of Foothill Ranch. Located close to the 5 Freeway and the 405 Freeway, Foothill Ranch, is a part of the city of Lake Forest. It is a community that is approximately 2,700 acres in size, and it contains around 3,400 + homes in 34 individual subdivisions or tracts. Portola Hills

The community of Portola Hills is a part of Lake Forest, and it’s fast on its way to being one of the best places to live in Orange County. Portola Hills is a relatively new community, and it’s a unique mix of residential homes surrounded by parks and wilderness, giving the community its distinct open and fresh feel.

Residents of Portola Hills will be able to avail themselves of the new 86-acre Sports Park and Recreation Center in Lake Forest proper. Portola Hills has over 2,100 housing units inside the community. The community’s size is approximately 348 acres of land.

There are two tracts offering semi-detached properties. Serenado and Sycamore Ridge are the main developments.
